At Auroud Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is unbroken, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
